Do you deliver everywhere?
We also do not deliver to any offshore locations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, etc
How does the bed come packed?
Apart from the Small Single and Single beds, the bases come delivered in 2 halves, thus making it easy to take upstairs. Headboard & Mattress also comes separate and must be attached.
All our beds are preassembled, and require very minimal assembly instructions are provided with the bed
How long is Delivery?
Delivery is within 5-10 Working Days Depending on your postal area.
Do your products conform to UK fire safety regulations?
Yes, off course! This is particularly important to us and we make sure all our products conform to UK fire and safety regulations.
Do your products come with a guarantee?
Yes, this item comes with a 5-year guarantee.
How long do I have to return my order?
If for any reason you would like to return your order, we have a 14-day cooling off period. You are more than welcome to return the item back to us within that period. If you are unable to organise a return, please contact us and we will get a quote for you from our courier company.
Do you have a warehouse or a shop where we can come view beds and mattresses?
I am afraid we do not have a warehouse or any shops, but you are more than welcome to come to our factory and have a look at our products and manufacturing line.
Are the beds and mattresses made in the UK?
All our items are made in the UK by skilled British Craftsmen
Why are you cheaper compared to other retailers?
The reason we are cheaper is due the items coming directly from our factory to your door cutting out the middlemen
Do you assemble the beds?
We can assemble the beds but there may be a slight charge in doing so
Cash on Delivery?
We can accept cash on delivery contact our office and one of our team members will submit the order for you
I cannot accept my delivery?
Simply contact us or alternatively we can leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour, or we can reschedule to a more convenient date.
